- Job Description:
- The secretary is the main phone operator and provides administrative support to the whole company.
- Reporting: Directly to the General Manager.
- Main Tasks:
- 1- Receiving and distributing all incoming calls among staff.
- 2- Printing, copying, filing and scanning.
- 3- Answering visitors’ inquiries and taking notes.
- 4- Arranging meetings.
- 5- Attending meetings as required and taking meetings notes.
- Qualifications and experience
- 1- A college degree in business administration or any other related field.
- 2- Minimum one year experience in secretary work.
- 3- Very good knowledge of English language.
- 4- Very good knowledge of using computer: Microsoft office and internet.
- 5- Ramallah resident.
